Having started her HR career in 2005, Claire has spent the majority of her career as an HR consultant for 100s of organisations from start-ups through to SMEs through to corporate, global organisations.
Sector experience includes banking, distribution, transport, logistics & warehousing, manufacturing, customer services/telesales, healthcare, hospitality, recruitment, retail, travel, veterinary and technology.
Claire has a vast amount of experience in partnering with business owners; c-suite executives; in-house HR, operations, legal and health & safety teams; clients' external consultants; and UK and European lawyers.
Having project managed and coordinated ISO accreditation for many companies, Claire has an eye for developing and continuously improving processes, and nowadays is passionate about using her skills and knowledge of quality management systems to make her clients' HR processes as efficient as possible.
