Instead the business owner(s) may juggle their HR issues amongst their other duties, perhaps seeking advice via costly solicitors or utilising legal advice lines that may be free but involve lots of different advisors who do not fully understand the business. This can work but occasionally HR issues/projects become unmanageable for a business owner to tackle themselves and the business could benefit from an HR professional who can take the reigns, manage the issue/project, and 'do the doing', such as attending meetings and drafting bespoke documentation, to complete the issue/project in a timely manner. That's where we come in. We provide on demand 'hands-on' HR support and really get to know our clients.
